We will accept returns on products delivered in error, not as ordered, or quality problem which has to be returned for fix. All returns for products delivered in error, not as ordered must be authorized within 3 days of delivery to the seller.
Please contact us and we will be happy to make arrangements with you about any return issue.
1. Please only return the products after receive our confirmation.
2. Sender has to pay the shipping cost for return. We will not compensate the shipping cost if the damage or problem caused by user's faulty and improper use.
3. If the products returned because of quality problem, but found no problem after return, we will not bear shipping cost for returning and sending again.
4. We don't bear cost of shipping, handling and repair for products which are out of warranty period, user's faulty, improper use...
How to return
Please let us know by email or live messengers if there was any problem. Please include proforma invoice number, model number when report problem.
Please do not send back the products by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT to avoid high shipping cost and import duty here in China.
a. Please pack well to avoid damage during transportation.
b. Please print out this label "return address" and stick outside of the parcel.
c. Please write " returned product" as product name on both in airway bill and invoice for customs.
Please note above 3 points are very important.
